We give people the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make meaningful, sustainable change—again and again. Our work is designed to be sustainable for the individuals and organisations we support, and for our business as a whole.

Our Social Mission

As a social enterprise, we are committed to creating positive impact through the way we trade and reinvest:

• We generate more than 50% of our income through trading.
• We reinvest and/or donate at least 50% of our profits to further our mission.
• We offer free places on our courses to patients, parents, and patient representatives.
• We provide free or significantly discounted access to our courses and learning materials for people from low- and middle-income countries.
• We value people and the planet equally with profit.
• We treat everyone we work with respectfully and ethically.

These principles guide every decision we make. They reflect our belief that learning should be accessible, impactful, and grounded in social good.
