In this Masterclass we help you get the MOST from your small scale tests of change by showing you how to deepen your learning and make the most of the time you invest in every test.

Ramp up your PDSA efforts to do multiple cycles in a ‘PDSA series’

You will explore the genesis of PDSA and the ongoing research into its use in order to develop sustainable solutions to recurring problems. You will learn how to breakdown change ideas into small test-size components, use simulation to minimize risk, bring your teams on board by building confidence and will, and how to interrogate data to know whether or not you have generated a sustainable systems change.

By the end of the Masterclass you will be able to:

Nicola Davey began working in improvement science some years ago when she realised the significant impact that well-designed changes could make to patients. She has previously worked as lead designer and instructor on the East Midlands BaSIS programme which introduced junior doctors to improvement science and supported them through their first improvement project.
