A short, perfectly curated free virtual workshop that takes you through how to set up a good quality PDSA cycle.

Following huge success from our workshop at Bristol Patient Safety Conference, QIClearn are running a 1 hour, virtual workshop that takes learners through a journey to understand how to set up a good quality PDSA cycle. Hosted by Nikki Davey, who has previously worked clinically as a pharmacist and have spent the past 15 years of her career learning and practicing QI.

Nikki will take you through the Model for Improvement, PDSA vs Audit and a PDSA cycle.

This course is aimed at junior doctors. Get your QI tick in the box early!

Feedback from the last session included on ‘my one big takeaway’:

  • “Small, simple interventions often have the largest impact”
  • “Always think your cycles through and make them as specific as possible”
  • “Small changes can make a big difference. QI doesn’t have to be a massive undertaking to begin with”
  • “PDSA cycles can happen quickly and lead to significant improvements!”

Join us at our next session to see what your big learn will be.

Once enrolled, you will receive a diary invitation with a link to your workshop.

Take advantage of resource signposting after the event and a certificate of attendance for your portfolio.
